Refund policy
You are welcomed to lodge a return request within 14 days of your parcel being received. We only offer a store credit which you can use within 6months.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached and in its original packaging. We only accept returns on full price items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note we do not cover the cost of shipping for change of mind returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@circacollective.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you confirmation to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or incorrect delivery
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items as they are reduced to clear.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges so the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your credit voucher.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for faulty goods. Please email hello@circacollective.com your request for a refund for faulty item received along with clear photos of the fault and a brief description. Once approved we will require you to send the item back and once we have received the faulty item you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
